After more than a decade in biomedical research studying the molecular mechanisms of cancer, he understood that chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation have a profound impact on health. His work helps people with anxiety, chronic stress and emotional disconnection develop gradual, progressive internal regulation.

PhD in Biomedicine · Emotional Regulation · Breathwork · Live MusicFor over a decade I worked in biomedical research and molecular biology studying the mechanisms of cancer and cellular behaviour. Over time I came to understand that making sense of suffering intellectually does not always produce real change in the way we live, feel or relate to ourselves.
That search led me to integrate neuroscience, contemplative practices, conscious breathing and somatic work into an approach centred on emotional regulation and mind-body integration.
Today I accompany individual and group processes where music, presence and work with the nervous system help integrate emotional patterns that often persist even after years of personal development work.
I hold a PhD in Molecular Biology and spent more than a decade in biomedical research studying the cellular mechanisms of cancer. That path gave me a deep understanding of how the human body works biologically, but it also confronted me with a question that transformed my personal and professional direction:
Why do so many people understand perfectly what makes them suffer and yet remain trapped in the same emotional patterns?
What I found was that intellectual understanding alone rarely produces deep, lasting change. The body and the nervous system also need to participate in the process.
This search led me to integrate neuroscience, contemplative practices, breathwork, interoception and somatic work into an approach centred on emotional regulation and mind-body integration. For over a decade I have guided people through emotional integration in different countries across Europe and the Americas, working with people experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, emotional blocks or a persistent sense of disconnection from themselves.
Music is central to my work. Through live instruments, breathing, silence and presence, I create experiences that help reduce mental overactivity and allow the body to process emotions and inner states that often cannot be resolved through words alone.
Music is not used as entertainment or escapism, but as a tool for deep emotional regulation and integration — one that is directly connected to the nervous system.
I believe real change starts with rhythm: how we breathe, activate and come back into regulation. Understanding helps, but it's the body that needs to move through the experience — from activation to regulation.
My work brings together scientific rigour, breathwork and live music to help people move from activation to regulation, in a gradual and progressive way.
This work may be especially useful if you recognise any of these patterns:

It is the process by which the body restores balance to the autonomic nervous system, moving out of states of hyperactivation or shutdown. It takes place through practices that act directly on the body: conscious breathing, somatic meditation and music.
A set of conscious breathing techniques that regulate the autonomic nervous system through the vagus nerve. Slow, controlled breathing increases heart rate variability (HRV) — the most robust biomarker of emotional regulation.
Live music allows the practitioner to respond in real time to the state of the group. It simultaneously activates the limbic system, reward circuits and the autonomic nervous system, creating conditions for emotional integration that a recording cannot replicate with the same precision.
Nervous system regulation is the body's ability to move out of states of hyperactivation (anxiety, hypervigilance, chronic stress) or shutdown (apathy, dissociation, exhaustion) and return to a state of functional balance. It works through the autonomic nervous system — especially the vagus nerve — and its tone can be modulated through breathwork, somatic meditation and presence-based experiences such as live music.
No. Davide's work is educational and experiential. It complements therapeutic processes but does not replace them.
Davide's work integrates breathwork, somatic meditation, nervous system regulation and live music. Each session or process allows emotion to be processed at a bodily level — transforming patterns that resist intellectual understanding alone.
